Todd A. Adams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rexnord, a growth oriented diversified industrial company, with annual revenues of $2 billion and 8,000 associates worldwide. Todd has been the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since 2009 and also serves on its Board of Directors. Todd joined Rexnord in 2004; his prior roles at the company include President of the company’s Water Management platform, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President – Controller & Treasurer. Prior to joining Rexnord, Todd held senior financial roles with The Boeing Company, APW Ltd., Applied Power and IDEX. Todd has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark Peterson is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Rexnord. Mark joined Rexnord in December 2006, and has served in roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President and Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Global FlatTop. Prior to joining Rexnord, Mark served as Corporate Controller of Gehl Company, and before that held financial roles with APW Ltd. Mark started his career with KPMG, where he last held the role of Senior Audit Manager. Mark has his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Sudhanshu Chhabra is President, Consumer Goods – Process & Motion Control Platform and Regional Executive India and Middle East at Rexnord. Prior to joining Rexnord, Sudhanshu spent nine years with Danaher Corporation, where he led the Gilbarco Veeder-Root business as the Managing Director – India and subsequently as President – Asia. He has held leadership roles at Danaher, Eaton, Cummins and SKF. Sudhanshu has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and an MBA and Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
Rodney Jackson is Senior Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at Rexnord. Prior to joining Rexnord, Rodney was a member of Danaher Corporation’s Corporate Development team, most recently as Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A lead for its product identification and motion platforms. Prior to joining Danaher in 2007, Rodney served in various roles of increasing responsibility with Pentair and worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Rodney started his career at Arthur Andersen. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting and International Management from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Scott McDowell is Vice President of the Rexnord Business System at Rexnord. Scott has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Rexnord, most recently serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Zurn, where he managed strategic accounts, led the enhancement of innovation and product development, and supported acquisition activity. Prior to that role, Scott served as General Manager of Commercial Brass and Senior Director of Marketing for Zurn. Before joining Rexnord in 2011, Scott held roles in sales, marketing, business development, and operations at Danaher Corporation and Milliken Chemical. Scott has a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management and Marketing, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Material Science from Clemson University.
George Powers is Chief Human Resources Officer at Rexnord. Prior to joining Rexnord, George held a number of leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Schneider Electric, most recently as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Global Solutions Division. George has more than 20 years of progressive, global experience in all major disciplines of Human Resources, including transformational business change. He has built high-performing executive leadership teams and led several successful executive and leadership talent development pipeline initiatives. George has an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Illinois State University.
Matt Stillings is Group Executive & President for Rexnord’s Water Management Platform. Matt brings several years of experience from IDEX Corporation, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President & Group Executive for Pumping and Valve Technologies and IDEX China. Matt leads the Water Management Platform and drives accelerated growth, while leveraging the Rexnord Business System (RBS) across the platform. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, and also attended Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Mike Troutman is the Chief Information Officer at Rexnord. Since joining Rexnord, Mike has held leadership positions in both Information Technology as well as Customer Care. Mike has led initiatives to modernize global systems/processes, improve the customer experience and increase sales efficiency. Mike is currently leading Rexnord’s digital transformation (DiRXN). Before joining the organization in 2007, he was with AT&T, Lucent, and Agere Systems in various senior information technology positions implementing global industry leading solutions and processes. Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Science from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in Management from Purdue University.
Craig Wehr is the President of Zurn, a market leader and a prominent company within the Rexnord Water Management platform. Before this role, Craig had been the General Manager of Specification Drain Operations since 2011 and the company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 2007. He joined Zurn in 1993 and his prior roles at the company included Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Commercial Brass Operations, National Sales Manager for Sanitary-Dash, and South East Area Manager. Prior to Rexnord, he held sales and marketing roles within Squires and Associates of Georgia, Ferguson and JM Tull Company. Craig has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University.
Patricia Whaley is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Rexnord. Patty joined Rexnord in 1989 as a Senior Attorney and has held roles with increasing levels of responsibility with Rexnord and its parent companies. She was named General Counsel of Rexnord in 2002. She has also served as Corporate Attorney for BTR Inc. and as Division Senior Counsel for Invensys plc. Patty is an alumnus of Yale University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Additionally, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Kevin Zaba is Group Executive & President of the Process & Motion Control Platform at Rexnord. Kevin leads the platform, overseeing the company’s product portfolio delivered within end markets such as process industries, consumer goods, and aerospace. Prior to joining Rexnord, Kevin held a number of leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Rockwell Automation, including Vice President of Solutions, Services & Sales and Vice President and General Manager of the Control & Visualization products business. Kevin’s experience as a global business leader includes assignments across a variety of sales, marketing and operational roles, including a multiyear role leading an Asia-Pacific ETO business while residing in Shanghai, China. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Portland.
