Total Associate Engagement is a Rexnord Core Value that ensures we succeed together. Each year, we survey our employees to better understand what matters most to them. Our Total Associate Engagement scores have increased consistently over the last several years.
The survey empowers us to strategically engage associates in the success of the company and each other by bringing engagement actions to the local level. Each year, local managers use the results of the survey to work with teams to build action plans with tips and practices proven to increase engagement.

manager development curriculum , we are committed to making sure associates have room to grow at every step in their career. In 2019, we redesigned the program to make improvements and
