Rexnord Strives to Support the Health and Wellness of Our Associaties Through Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs

Today, more than 85 percent of Rexnord’s U.S. workforce completes our Wellness Program, which aims to provide information, activities and support for associates’ healthy choices. Associates earn wellness points throughout the year, helping them actively reduce their annual health benefits cost.

Opportunities to Engage

Visit our Canal Street facility, for example, and you might find associates having a stress-relieving massage in the onsite chair massage program, or out for a healthy lunchtime walk.  

Associates looking for a treat can find free fruit in the office lobby and in break areas on the plant floor, ensuring healthy snacks are available around the clock.

At other locations, associates take part in activities like paint ball contests, onsite yoga and running as a team in city race events. Most sites also coordinate health screening, blood drives and guides for healthy eating. 

Additionally, the company supports associates’ mental health. Our Employee Assistance Program provides referrals for support where needed, and in the U.S., Rexnord utilizes a virtual health care vendor who provides assistance for both medical and mental wellbeing support twenty-four seven. Plus, volunteerism is woven into our wellness efforts and communications, supporting the important connection between community engagement and personal wellbeing.
